Payrolls need to be approved 2 business banking days prior to paydate.

Ex. Approve payroll on Wednesday for Friday paydate. If banking
holiday is on or in between move approval 1 day prior.

Ex. Holiday Thursday, Approve payroll Tuesday for a Friday paydate.
